Mount Horrocks’ owner and winemaker Stephanie Toole only produces about 3500 cases of wine annually because she wants to focus on the quality, structure and flavour of her wines. She is devoted to handcrafting premium wines using methods that ensure the best qualities and characters of the grapes that they harvest from their estate-owned organic vineyards. Mount Horrocks wines do not undergo fining, making them suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

TASTING NOTES

Mount Horrocks Watervale Riesling is a classic white wine produced using the highest quality Riesling fruit, which has been admired and recognized not only in Australia, but by wine aficionados all over the world. It is pale and bright, with a pleasantly fragrant bouquet of floral honeysuckle intertwined with lemon aromas that leap from each glass. Every sip reminds you of the brightness and joy of spring as the wine is refreshing and bright with crispy lemon and lime flavours. Elegantly stunning, it has a long and dry finish.
