Region & Vintage
Central Otago, New Zealand, is best known for Pinot Noir, but its high-altitude vineyards also produce Sauvignon Blanc with a unique style distinct from Marlborough. The 2023 vintage delivered bright, fresh, and aromatic wines thanks to a cool growing season that preserved natural acidity and aromatic intensity.
Winemaking
Grapes were picked in the cool of the morning to preserve freshness. Fermentation was carried out predominantly in stainless steel to retain bright aromatics, with a portion fermented at slightly warmer temperatures to add textural weight and depth.
