TASTING NOTES

The witnessed some chilly breezes during the Spring season, but the vines grew healthy and well. The grapes were hand-harvested, chilled overnight, pressed gently and fermented with aromatic yeasts to preserve the flavours and vibrant characters of the fruit. The resulting wine shows a pale straw colour, with the aromatic bouquet giving off citrus blossom and fresh pear aromas with hints of five spice. The intense and medium-bodies palate offers pure and juicy fruit flavours that integrate with the blissful fragrances to provide a dry and crisp finale. This wine can either be consumed immediately upon release, or after 3 to 5 years of cellaring. A suggested dish with this wine is soft shell crab in tempura batter with a lime-chilli.
