Winery Overview

Nomad’s Gardens is a family-run venture based in Eldorado in North East Victoria, established in 2017 by Ben and Ellie Schulz Dahlenburg. They specialise in single-vineyard, low-intervention wines made with wild yeasts and minimal additives. Their fruit is sourced from diverse sites across North East Victoria, including King Valley, Beechworth, Rutherglen and Glenrowan.

Region & Vintage Conditions

The 2024 season offered mild, even growing conditions that produced vibrant fruit ideal for pale, crisp rosé.

Winemaking

Made in a dry, delicate style. Gentle pressing and cool fermentation preserved finesse and aromatics with no heavy colour extraction.
