Winery Overview

Nomad’s Gardens is a family-run venture based in Eldorado in North East Victoria, established in 2017 by Ben and Ellie Schulz Dahlenburg. They specialise in single-vineyard, low-intervention wines made with wild yeasts and minimal additives. Their fruit is sourced from diverse sites across North East Victoria, including Rutherglen, Beechworth, King Valley and Glenrowan.

Region & Vintage Conditions

Milawa in north-east Victoria enjoyed a mild and balanced 2024 season, producing fruit with excellent freshness and aromatic lift, ideal conditions for Prosecco.

Winemaking

Made in a clean, modern style to emphasise freshness. Cool fermentation preserved aromatics, while careful handling ensured fine, lively bubbles and a light, crisp texture.
