Winery Overview

Nomad’s Gardens is a family-run venture based in Eldorado in North East Victoria, established in 2017 by Ben and Ellie Schulz Dahlenburg. They specialise in single-vineyard, low-intervention wines made with wild yeasts and minimal additives. Their fruit is sourced from diverse sites across North East Victoria, including King Valley, Beechworth, Rutherglen and Glenrowan.

Region & Vintage Conditions

Mt Bellevue experienced a cool 2024 growing season, ideal for slow ripening. Pinot Blanc developed fine aromatics, clean acidity and subtle fruit concentration.

Winemaking

Gently pressed and fermented cool to maintain freshness. The wine was matured briefly on lees for texture while preserving clean, lifted aromatics.
