Tasting Notes :

The wine presents a deep purple hue, accented by youthful crimson shades. The nose is graced by aromatic ripe berry notes, intertwined with nuances of earth, pepper, and dark chocolate. This sensory experience is complemented by sweet red berry flavours on the palate, intertwined with hints of spice and a smooth finish marked by silky tannins. This Shiraz makes for an excellent companion to red meat dishes, and it pairs exceptionally well with a peppered beef fillet accompanied by fresh asparagus and a dollop of horseradish cream.
