TASTING NOTES:

A deep dark red brick coloured wine with a slight purple tinge. This beauty has a bouquet concentrated with blackberry spice along with hints of chocolate and cedar. The palate is powerful with rich mid-palate fruit with long grainy tannins, oak complexity and balance of acidity. This is served best with strong cheeses and gamey meats.
