TASTING NOTES

Quarisa Johnny Q Sparkling Brut sources its fruit from premium vineyards in the Padthaway wine region. In a glass, it flaunts a mild straw green colour with fine beads and a lasting mousse. The bouquet opens with refreshing aromas of lemon citrus and some complex yeast notes. Its palate has been kept generous with citrus fruit flavours, graced with creamy and mouth filling characters, and a finish that is soft, clean and crisp. This sparkling wine has been made to enjoy young and fresh. It pairs well with seafood, fruits and sweet desserts.
