Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2024 vintage was marked by a mild growing season with extended ripening, ideal for developing bright aromatics and balanced acidity. The Peninsula’s maritime climate contributed to purity of flavour and finesse.

Winemaking Process

Fruit was hand-harvested and sorted before small-batch fermentation with partial whole bunches for lifted aromatics. The wine matured in French oak barrels, a portion new, to integrate subtle spice and texture.
