Expect a mix of bold Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo and Cabernet blends, with familiar names alongside wines you may be discovering for the first time.

And yes, these are full bottles. No miniature pours here.

We've put together this Advent Calendar for red wine drinkers who like a bit of variety with their Christmas countdown.

With 12 bottles to enjoy throughout December, you can open one every couple of days, save them for weekends, bring one out when friends come over or share them around the Christmas table.

There are 25 days between the start of December and Christmas, but there are 12 bottles in this calendar. That's because you don't have to open one every single day.

Make it a 12-day countdown, open a bottle every other day, save them for Friday nights or bring one out when friends come over. You could even split the calendar with someone else and take turns choosing what's behind the next window. There are no rules. Just good wine and a lot of anticipation.

About the Red Wine Advent Box

We've designed the box to make the whole experience feel like a proper Christmas gift.

The custom-designed Advent Calendar holds 12 full bottles, with each bottle hidden behind its own countdown window. The calendar is shipped inside an unbranded outer box, keeping the contents discreet if you're sending it directly to someone else.

We've even secured the countdown top of the box. Because we know some people can't resist having a peek. Try to behave. :)

How to Enjoy Your Red Wine Advent Calendar

Each bottle is hidden behind a little cardboard window. Once your calendar arrives, remove it from the outer packaging and start your countdown whenever you're ready.

Open the windows throughout December according to your own schedule. The box is designed to fit most standard storage spaces, and if you don't have room for the whole box, simply open the bottle you want to enjoy and store it appropriately until you're ready.

If this happens, we will replace it with another wine of equal or greater value and similar style, so you still receive the experience we've promised.
