Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
The 2023 growing season brought a wet winter followed by a relatively dry summer, creating near-perfect ripening conditions. Lower yields concentrated flavour and purity, resulting in fruit that expressed Mudgee’s terroir with clarity and depth.

Winemaking Process
Crafted in a modern style, the wine was fermented partly in tank on high lees to build texture, and partly in barrel using wild yeasts for complexity. A small portion underwent malolactic fermentation, adding creaminess while retaining freshness and balance.
