TASTING NOTES :
Raspberry, cassis and plum fruit characters leap from the glass accompanied with subtle floral notes like rose, and dried herb characters. Red forest fruit flavours well balanced with vibrant acidity and hint of vanilla aroma on palate. This mediumbodied Merlot finishes with a soft, velvety tannin structure and good persistence. Braised short ribs or Charcuterie plate.
