Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
Fruit for the 2023 Shiraz was sourced from select vineyards in McLaren Vale, where warm days and cool nights allowed for even ripening. The vintage produced Shiraz with bright fruit, fine tannins, and a rich, layered profile.

Winemaking Process
Hand-picked grapes were fermented in small batches to preserve fruit integrity, then matured in a combination of seasoned French oak barrels. Minimal intervention allowed the varietal’s natural character and regional expression to shine.

Tasting Notes
