Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

This Pinot Gris is sourced from their single Wallace Lane vineyard at around 1,020 m elevation. The cool high-altitude site delivers naturally vibrant fruit with marked acidity and intensity. The 2023 season produced clean ripe flavours thanks to slow, even ripening.

Winemaking Process

The wine was fermented in a mix of stainless steel and neutral French oak barrels. Extended lees contact has added texture and mouthfeel while preserving the freshness and varietal purity characteristic of Pinot Gris.
