Winemaking Process

Hand-picked Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne were co-fermented and gently pressed. Fermentation occurred in a mix of stainless steel and seasoned oak, with partial lees contact to enhance texture and mouthfeel while retaining bright aromatics.
