TASTING NOTES
The Viognier offers bright stone fruit and honeysuckle floral characters with intense palate weight. Roussanne, which is another aromatic variety, contributes tropical fruits, subtle cashew-like characters with a long and generous acidity. The Marsanne offers citrus characters with very good ageing potential. These varietals individually hold their own in the wine world, however when combined in the right proportions, this blend is amazingly rich and complex. With a long list of potential descriptors on the show which develop and evolve according to wine temperature and age. A fantastic food wine to match an array of dishes. This elegant blend is a truly harmonious white wine that has the awards to support the attention it receives.
