This vintage serves as a proof to the family's generations-long dedication to producing wines of authenticity and passion. The Shiraz, a blend from the 'Workshop', 'Angus Brae', and 'Three Springs' vineyards, showcases a vibrant profile of blackcurrant and mulberry, seamlessly integrated with classic notes of black pepper spice and dark chocolate. The palate is greeted with early roundness, leading into a balanced structure supported by subtle lattice tannins. Aged for 12-14 months in seasoned oak hogsheads, it develops characters of ripe blood plums, macerated summer berries, and cranberry atop a base of spice, dark chocolate, licorice, and earth.
