The 2022 Schild Estate Barossa Valley Shiraz is crafted from selected vineyard parcels across the Barossa, including the Workshop, Angus Brae and Three Springs vineyards. These carefully chosen sites contribute depth, richness and regional character, delivering a classic expression of Barossa Valley Shiraz.

Winemaking Techniques

After fermentation, the wine is matured in oak barrels for 12–14 months before undergoing light fining and filtration prior to bottling. This approach helps integrate the fruit and oak while preserving balance, structure and varietal character.

Appearance: Deep ruby red with a bright crimson hue.

Aroma: Lifted aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry layered with black pepper spice and hints of dark chocolate.
