The 2024 Old Vine Chardonnay is crafted from mature vineyards in the Barossa Valley. Warm daytime temperatures and cool evenings encouraged even ripening while preserving natural acidity, resulting in a Chardonnay with excellent concentration, freshness and varietal expression. Fruit from old vines contributes additional depth and complexity to the wine.

Winemaking Techniques

The fruit is gently pressed before fermentation and matured in oak to add texture and complexity while retaining the vibrant fruit character. Careful oak integration enhances the wine without overpowering its fresh stone fruit profile, creating a balanced and elegant style.
