The 2025 vintage is sourced from premium vineyards in Padthaway, a region recognised for producing elegant, fruit-driven Chardonnay. Warm days, cool nights and well-drained soils encouraged even ripening, allowing the grapes to develop generous stone fruit flavours while retaining vibrant natural acidity and freshness.

Winemaking Techniques

The fruit was gently pressed before fermentation, with a portion matured in French oak and on lees to build texture and complexity. Careful oak integration enhances the wine's creamy mouthfeel while preserving its vibrant fruit character and regional expression.
