Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
Fruit for the 2025 Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from the high-altitude vineyards of Balhannah and Lenswood. The vintage offered mild days and cool nights, delivering fruit with pristine aromatics, lively acidity, and layered flavour.

Winemaking Process
Hand-picked grapes were gently pressed and fermented cool in stainless steel to retain freshness and varietal intensity. Lees contact enhanced texture and complexity while preserving the wine’s crisp, vibrant profile.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant pale straw with green hues. Bursting aromas of passionfruit, lime zest, and fresh herbs lead into a zesty palate of citrus and tropical fruits. Bright acidity and a mineral edge drive a long, refreshing finish.
