Winemaking Techniques

Appearance: Deep opaque crimson with vibrant dark ruby hues.

Aroma: Intense aromas of blackberry, plum, cassis and dark cherry layered with notes of mocha, coffee bean, sweet spice, cocoa and subtle oak toast.

Palate: Full bodied and plush with concentrated flavours of black fruits, mulberry, dark chocolate and liquorice supported by velvety tannins, balanced acidity and savoury spice complexity.
