Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
The 2024 growing season in the Yarra Valley was mild and steady, with cool nights preserving acidity and gentle ripening enhancing fruit concentration. Chardonnay from these vineyards showed excellent aromatic lift, fine natural acidity, and balance—perfect for producing an elegant cool-climate style.

Winemaking Process
Fruit was picked in the early morning to retain freshness, then whole-bunch pressed. Fermentation was carried out in a mix of French oak barriques and stainless steel, with a portion undergoing wild fermentation and lees stirring to add texture and depth while maintaining vibrancy.

Tasting Notes
Bright pale straw with green hues. Aromas of white peach, nectarine, and citrus blossom are complemented by a touch of flint and subtle oak. The palate is fresh and focused, offering layers of stone fruit, grapefruit zest, and a creamy texture, finishing crisp and mineral-driven.
