Region & Vintage Conditions

The 2021 vintage is sourced from mature vineyards across the Limestone Coast, including Padthaway, Mundulla and Coonawarra. Benefiting from a cool maritime climate and diverse soils, these vineyards produce Cabernet Sauvignon with concentrated fruit, vibrant natural acidity and refined tannins, resulting in a balanced and expressive regional style.

Winemaking Techniques

The fruit is fermented under controlled conditions before maturation in oak to enhance structure and complexity while preserving the varietal's vibrant fruit character. The result is a medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with seamless integration of fruit, oak and tannins.
