Winemaking

The winemaking process focused on highlighting Merlot’s natural softness and fruit generosity. Fruit was harvested in the cool of the morning to retain aromatic intensity and was gently fermented in stainless steel to maintain freshness. Gentle extraction techniques were employed to preserve the wine’s plush texture. A portion of the wine saw time with oak influence, which added a layer of mocha and spice without overshadowing the fruit.
