Vintage Conditions

The 2025 vintage in the Central Ranges delivered fresh, vibrant fruit with excellent natural acidity. Cool climate conditions supported steady ripening, allowing the Sauvignon Blanc to retain its aromatic intensity and crisp, refreshing character.
