Region & Vintage
Heathcote, in central Victoria, is one of Australia’s most celebrated Shiraz regions, defined by its ancient Cambrian soils and warm days tempered by cool nights. These conditions produce Shiraz of depth, spice, and structure. The 2024 vintage enjoyed a long and even growing season, yielding wines with ripe fruit intensity, vibrant acidity, and refined tannins.

Winemaking
Hand-picked fruit was fermented in small batches with careful cap management to extract colour and flavour. Maturation in a combination of French and American oak added layers of spice, mocha, and structure without overshadowing the fruit purity.

Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red with purple hues. Aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, and mulberry are accented by notes of black pepper, spice, and subtle oak toast. The palate is full-bodied yet refined, showing dark fruits, hints of licorice, and savoury spice, supported by firm but polished tannins and a long, lingering finish.
