Region & Vintage Conditions

The 2024 vintage was marked by even ripening and moderate weather, which helped the grapes develop excellent aromatics and vibrant fruit flavour, while retaining good natural acidity. The Marsanne grapes thrive in the vineyard’s rich soils and key conditions.

Winemaking

The grapes were harvested early in the morning for freshness, then gently pressed. Fermentation took place in a mix of stainless steel and seasoned French oak barrels, allowing texture and depth to be added while preserving the variety’s bright, floral nature. Partial lees ageing added richness without the style becoming heavy.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pale gold with green-tinged brilliance.

Nose: Honeysuckle, lemon zest and pear, layered with white florals and a subtle hint of almond and wet stone.

Palate: Medium-bodied and textured with fresh stone fruit, citrus and honeyed notes. A lightly waxy mouth-feel and mineral finish deliver balance and finesse.

Finish: Long and composed, with crisp acidity and lingering mineral-driven freshness.
