Located in the Langhorne Creek district of South Australia, Temple Bruer Winery produces award-winning wines using sound organic oenological practices. It all started in the early 1970s when David and Barbara Bruer established a small vineyard on a property situated on the main road between the towns of Strathalbyn and Milang, in the grape growing district of Langhorne Creek in South Australia. The winery is 100 percent certified organic and carbon neutral.

TASTING NOTES

The fruit for this preservative-free Chardonnay was sourced from mature vines in the Riverland. The 2018 vintage experienced exceptional weather with little rainfall and warm days and cool mornings. The resulting drink flaunts a light straw colour and emanates aromas of apples, pears and hints of cashew and honey with vanilla. The palate reveals light fresh flavours with a touch of oak. Try it with steamed or grilled fish with spring vegetables.
