Product Description
Situated in the Langhorne Creek district of South Australia, Temple Bruer Winery produces award-winning wines using sound organic oenological practices. It all started in the early 1970s when David and Barbara Bruer established a small vineyard on a property situated on the main road between the towns of Strathalbyn and Milang, in the grape growing district of Langhorne Creek in South Australia. The winery is 100 percent certified organic and carbon neutral.
TASTING NOTES
The Currency creek vineyard is elevated and sits above the Finniss River facing north towards Mount Observation. Poured into a glass, it reveals a red colour. A medium style wine, revealing flavours of cherry, raspberry, cedar and clove. More red fruits and spice feature on the juicy palate with a gentle grip on the finish. Pair it with vegetarian lasagna.
