Vineyards & Vintage Conditions

The Rosé grapes are sourced from Temple Bruer's certified organic vineyards in the Riverland region of South Australia. The vineyards are over 20 years old and provide the eclectic blend that makes up this delightfully fresh Rosé.

Winemaking Process

The fruit was hand-harvested and cold-soaked to extract vibrant colour and flavour. Fermentation occurred at cool temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit character. The wine was aged briefly to enhance its texture and complexity before being bottled without preservatives.
