Region & Vintage Conditions
The 2019 vintage in the Grampians experienced warm spring conditions followed by a hot summer. These conditions resulted in an earlier harvest, allowing the fruit to retain freshness while achieving excellent flavour concentration and varietal character. The vineyard’s cool-climate influence helped maintain balance and structure throughout the growing season.

Winemaking Techniques
The fruit for this Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested in optimal condition and crushed into open fermenters for careful fermentation and maceration. The wine was then matured for 18 months in a combination of French, American, and Hungarian oak barrels before being carefully blended and bottled to preserve complexity and structure.
