Region & Vintage Conditions
Sourced from the celebrated Heathcote wine region in Victoria, this Shiraz is grown in rich Cambrian soils that are widely recognised for producing deeply flavoured and structured red wines. The 2017 vintage experienced mild daytime temperatures and cool nights, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly while developing excellent concentration, freshness, and balance.

Winemaking Techniques
Crafted to highlight the richness and spice of Heathcote Shiraz, a small portion of Viognier was incorporated to lift aromatics and add elegance to the wine’s profile. Careful winemaking and maturation have helped preserve both fruit intensity and structure.

Appearance: Deep crimson with vibrant purple hues.
Aroma: Lifted aromas of dark berries, ripe plum, subtle florals, and gentle spice.
Palate: Rich and expressive with layers of blackberry and dark cherry fruit balanced by savoury spice and soft texture. Hints of white pepper and subtle oak add complexity without overpowering the fruit.
Finish: Smooth, balanced, and lingering with elegant spice and refined tannins.
