Togouchi Premium is a refined Japanese blended whisky produced by Sakurao Distillery. It combines carefully selected Scottish malt and Canadian grain whiskies, which are matured in Japan inside the historic Togouchi tunnel. The naturally cool, stable conditions within the tunnel allow the whisky to mature slowly, resulting in a smooth, balanced and elegant character.

Fresh aromas of citrus, vanilla and green apple lead into a silky palate with notes of honey, light malt, caramel and gentle oak. Its clean, approachable style makes it equally enjoyable neat, over ice or as a refreshing Japanese Highball.

Ingredients

• 45ml Togouchi Premium Japanese Whisky

• 120ml chilled soda water

• Ice

• Lemon twist

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the whisky, top with chilled soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon twist.
