Ingredients

• 45ml Togouchi Pure Malt

• 120ml chilled soda water

• Ice

• Lemon twist

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in the whisky, top with chilled soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
