Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from select vineyards within the Hilltops region, known for its rich, red volcanic soils and temperate climate. The vintage experienced a warm growing season, allowing the grapes to achieve optimal ripeness while retaining natural acidity.

Winemaking

Hand-harvested grapes were gently pressed to extract high-quality juice. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit characteristics. The wine underwent maturation in French oak barrels for 6 to 9 months, enhancing its complexity and structure.
