Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2024 Verdelho is sourced from select vineyards within the Hunter Valley, known for their rich, red volcanic soils and temperate climate. The vintage experienced a warm growing season, allowing the grapes to achieve optimal ripeness while retaining natural acidity.

Winemaking

The grapes were harvested at night to preserve freshness and fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain the purity of the fruit flavours. The wine underwent minimal fining and was left unfiltered to enhance its natural character, resulting in a vibrant and expressive Verdelho.
