Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2024 Chardonnay is sourced from select vineyards in the Hunter Valley, known for their rich, red volcanic soils and temperate climate. The vintage experienced a warm growing season, allowing the grapes to achieve optimal ripeness while retaining natural acidity.

Winemaking

Hand-harvested grapes were gently pressed to extract high-quality juice. The fermentation process was conducted in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit characteristics. The wine underwent lees stirring to enhance texture and complexity, resulting in a balanced and elegant Chardonnay.
