Winery Background
Since its founding in 1999, Two Hands has built an international reputation for producing some of Australia’s most expressive Shiraz. The Garden Series showcases Shiraz from six of South Australia’s finest regions, with Bella’s Garden representing the Barossa Valley—celebrated for bold, generous reds with depth and intensity.

Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
The 2022 vintage in the Barossa Valley delivered ideal conditions for Shiraz, with warm days and cool nights ensuring steady ripening. This balance produced fruit of outstanding concentration, fine natural acidity, and powerful varietal character.

Winemaking Process
Hand-harvested fruit from select Barossa vineyards was fermented in small batches, with gentle pump-overs to build colour and structure. The wine was matured for 18 months in a combination of new and seasoned French oak hogsheads, enhancing complexity, spice, and texture.

Tasting Notes
Deep garnet with purple hues. Aromas of blackberry, plum, and mulberry are layered with notes of dark chocolate, licorice, and spice. The palate is full-bodied and opulent, with rich dark fruits, velvety tannins, and a long finish framed by savoury oak and subtle pepper.

Food Pairing
A perfect match for chargrilled steak, slow-braised lamb shanks, game meats, or hard aged cheeses. Its intensity also makes it a wonderful partner for rich, hearty stews
