Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
Sourced from select Barossa Valley vineyards, the 2023 vintage was shaped by a mild growing season with excellent balance between warm days and cool nights. This allowed Shiraz and Grenache fruit to ripen slowly, developing rich flavour while preserving freshness and aromatics.

Winemaking Process
Each parcel was harvested and fermented separately before blending. Gentle extraction techniques retained fruit vibrancy and fine tannins. The wine matured in seasoned French oak hogsheads and puncheons, allowing the fruit to remain front and center with subtle oak influence.

Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red in the glass. Aromas of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, and raspberry are interwoven with hints of spice, lavender, and earth. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, showing plush Grenache-driven red fruit alongside Shiraz’s darker, savoury power. The tannins are smooth and the finish long, with lingering notes of spice and cocoa.
