The winemaking team specialises in producing a unique collection of award-winning wines using premium grapes sourced from their in-house vineyards in the Hunter Valley region. TASTING NOTES :

The Confluence Cabernet Merlot was crafted by the combination 50% Merlot and 50% Cab Sauv grapes.The resulting blend shows a dark ruby red colour. The attractive bouquet offers ripe red fruit and tomato bush aromas, coupled with earthy notes of mulberry and plum. These fragrances are replicated on the lush palate, where they are joined by subtle oak nuances and fine tannins. These magnificent characters culminate the wine in a soft and lingering finale.
