Two Rivers Wines is a reputed vineyard and cellar door facility, managed by accomplished viticulturist Brett Keeping. Well known as one of the top wine estates in the Hunter Valley region, Two Rivers has been offering an award-winning range of flavoursome and refreshing wines since 1988. The company is located on Yarrawa Road in Denman, NSW.

TASTING NOTES

The grapes used to craft Two Rivers Wildfire Chardonnay were sourced from Inglewood Vineyard in Hunter Valley. Post fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks, the wine showcases a pale straw colour. This exquisite Chardonnay flaunts pleasing aromas and flavours of fresh peach and ripe stone fruits, supported by lemon citrus hints. Balanced acidity integrates with these wonderful elements, ending the wine in a fresh, crisp and enticing finale. Pair it with chicken Caesar salad, pork chops with tarragon, or steamed mussels, to relish its grand flavours to the fullest.
