Crafted from premium Adelaide Hills fruit, this 2018 vintage reflects the region’s hallmark cool climate and pronounced diurnal temperature shifts. Warm days and crisp, cool nights allowed for slow, balanced ripening, producing fruit with finely tuned acidity, depth of flavour, and refined aromatics.

Winemaking

Following a minimal-intervention approach, the grapes were hand-harvested and gently pressed, with fermentation and maturation in stainless steel to retain vibrancy and precision. The result is a wine that highlights purity, minerality, and the signature peppery spice of Grüner Veltliner.
