Grapes are selected from carefully managed vineyards in Coonawarra with moderately cropping vines, chosen for their ability to produce Cabernet Sauvignon with deep fruit, refined tannins and regional signature notes of eucalyptus and cedar.

Winemaking

The fruit is handled gently to retain purity and structure. Ageing in oak brings depth, soft spice and a clean cedar character without overpowering the fruit. The style highlights Cabernet’s natural intensity while keeping the wine smooth and balanced with the ability to age well.
