West Cape Howe is synonymous to premium wines from the Great Southern region. For 5 years, West Cape Howe has consistently been voted as the best winery in the region. The winery sources its fruits from mature vines in its Langton Vineyard, which was established in 1978. The brand also obtains premium fruits from areas including Mount Barker, Frankland, Albany, Margaret River and Perth Hills.

TASTING NOTES:

Made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from Mount Barker, West Cape Howe Regional Old School Chardonnay features a light to medium straw colour. The lovely bouquet exudes aromas of fresh and toasty French oak, with light buttery characters. The delicious â€˜peach crumbleâ€™ fruit flavours on the textured palate are made complex by the toasty oak, but are balanced by gentle acidity on the finish. Having a cellaring potential of 5 years, Old School Chardonnay can be enjoyed with pork, or fishes like salmon and tuna.
