Cooling ocean breezes and mild summer days preserve freshness and extend ripening. The 2023 vintage delivered ideal conditions, producing Chardonnay with lifted aromatics, bright acidity, and exceptional balance.

Winemaking Process
Hand-harvested fruit was gently pressed and fermented in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel. Partial malolactic fermentation and maturation on lees added layers of texture and complexity while retaining freshness.
