• 60ml Willett Family Estate White Oak Rye Whiskey

• 1 sugar cube

• 2 dashes aromatic bitters

• Orange peel

Method

Place the sugar cube in a rocks glass and saturate with bitters. Add a splash of water and stir until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice, pour in the rye whiskey and stir gently. Express the orange peel over the drink before serving.
