TASTING NOTES
Pristine, pale straw with flashes of quartz green. Attractive, pungent aromatics showcasing grapefruit and passionfruit in wonderful harmony, with light touches of gooseberry and leaf. Full of brightness and verve the entire length of the palate, the wine is super fresh and tangy with lemongrass, lime and passionfruit. Fine, long, and linear, with a beautiful mouth-watering acidity, fruit-driven texture and an elegant line typical of the Hiding Champion style.
