Y Series Shiraz is a rich, fruit-driven South Australian red with layers of ripe blackberry, dark berries and mulberry alongside dark chocolate and Indian spice. The palate carries generous fruit weight with soft, juicy tannins and a lingering finish. Its combination of concentrated black fruit, spice and chocolate gives the wine a distinctly full-flavoured Shiraz character.

Regional Character

The wine draws on fruit from South Australian vineyards, reflecting the region's capacity for producing Shiraz with ripe dark-fruit concentration, spice and substantial palate weight.

Winemaking Techniques

The Shiraz is made with wild fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The juice spends one to three days on skins before fermentation begins, while maturation in stainless steel preserves the fruit-driven character of the wine.
