Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
The 2023 vintage delivered near-perfect conditions in McLaren Vale, with a mild growing season and long ripening window. Grenache brought aromatic lift and red fruit brightness, Shiraz contributed depth and richness, while Mataro added savoury spice and structure, resulting in a beautifully balanced blend.

Winemaking Process
Each variety was hand-picked, wild fermented separately, and matured in large French oak foudres and older barrels. This gentle approach preserved freshness and vibrancy while allowing the components to integrate seamlessly. The final blend captures both purity and complexity.

Deep ruby with purple hues. Aromas of raspberry, blackberry, and dark plum are layered with notes of spice, dried herbs, and earthy undertones.
